Hey everyone! I am Jennifer Ogborn, one of the Sizzix product designers and I would love to share the meaning behind the Sizzix® Multi-Level Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - Romantic as a part of the Sizzix Chapter 1 launch.

This Embossing Folder really will help you to create a Multi-Level effect for your Valentine Crafts! Creating something special for the one you love is the epitome of Valentine’s Day. What is more thoughtful than making something from the heart?

The Romantic Multi-Level Embossing Folder uses a dual-layered technology to add a simple depth to our Sizzix Cardstock. This technology used to create this Embossing Folder is perfect for a variety of makes from card making to home decor!

This Embossing Folder is a playful design that was created digitally, drawing multiple hearts repeatedly and overlapping them on-top of each other. In the example below, the deeper red shows the secondary layer which adds the dimension to this special design.

When crafting, to make this raised layer stand out, you could use our Sizzix® Multi-Tool Accessory - Blending Tool Head w/Replacement Sponge with some complementary coloured inks.
