Spooktacular Seasonal Ideas from Sizzix Designer Jennifer!

Hi! Sizzix designer Jennifer here with two new Halloween sets and lots of ways to use them!

Do you need some Halloween inspiration this year? Look no further, as I have two fantastic die sets which will magically transform any party!

Hat, Bat and Buckle (665965) is such a versatile die for your Halloween projects. It will be able to die cut most materials as it is a Bigz Plus, giving you endless possibilities for your crafting needs. Working alongside this die is my Halloween Motifs Thinlits set (665950). These are a selection of shapes which will work spook-tacularly on any papercraft project.

I started drawing some initial sketches in my sketchbook, then decided to create the rest of the shapes digitally on Illustrator. This helped me to see all silhouettes together and choose the best characters for the set.

I would love to see the bat used with the Moon and Cloud die 665963 to create a bewitched ceiling! I think this could be a truly beautiful and dramatic way to transform a party. Or you could make felt ornaments for an enchanting Halloween inspired Christmas tree!

With the Halloween Motifs (665950) you could make some spooky invitations for your Halloween party, or why not use them as straw toppers for your guests’ drinks?

Whatever you choose to do, why don’t you add some glitter to your makes? The Earl Grey Glitter (663872) will work beautifully on some bat decorations, or if you’re struggling for costume ideas why not give our shrink plastic (663052) a try and make some super cool earrings with the Halloween shapes!
